The ANS Run Committee is proud to present the Third ANS 10k & 5k Run/Walk. Join us in Scenic La Plata, MD for some of the best roadways in the Metropolitan Area for running. The 5k run/walk is a pet friendly event.
2009 Prices Runners/Walkers $25.00 Children under 18 $10.00
T-Shirts provided to all registrants. Post race food and refreshments to follow. Top 3 male/female awards in each event.
